Payments
The payment methods accepted are cash or Zelle. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be collected at the end of your appointment.

Scheduling
All scheduling is to be done online, over the phone, or in person during your appointment. If you wish to reschedule/ cancel your appointment you can do so by texting or emailing me.

Late Policy
Please be sure to be on time for your appointment. You have 20 minutes grace period if you are running late. If you are more than 20 min late your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations
Deposits will not be refunded for all cancellations. Any no- shows will be charged a $15 fee to the card on file. If you can’t make your appointment due to an emergency, please let me know ahead of time so we can reschedule.
